| | Conservation Concern: 5PIF, FW Population Trend: Poorly Known The Acadian Flycatcher is a rare breeder in the CW Region and a common breeder further to the south. Breeding habitat in our area usually includes open and riparian woodlands. Long term trends show that they may be increasing in the Chicago Wilderness Region, but increasing trends here are likely not representative of the population at large. |
