EASTERN PHOEBE | SPECIES INDEX | HOME |
|
| Conservation Concern: NONE Population Trend: Poorly Known The Eastern Phoebe is an uncommon breeder in the CW Region - fairly common further south. Nests in the CW Region are typically found in open woodlands or under man-made structures including bridges and building overhangs. Short term trends show a decrease, but the range of error is high. Long term trends seem to show a clear increase, possibly due to the increased use of suitable man-made structures. |
