Population Trend: Poorly Known
Credibility: Very Poor

The Northern Mockingbird is a rare breeder in the CW Region and common in regions further south.  Breeding habitat is varied, but includes grasslands with scattered trees and open shrublands.  Data was insufficient to estimate short-term trends.  Long term trends likely represent a northward range expansion of this species and are not representative of the population at large.
