EASTERN TOWHEE

The Eastern Towhee is an uncommon to fairly common breeder in the CW Region and fairly common in patchy regions farther to the south. Breeding habitat usually includes forest edges or moderate to dense shrublands. Updated BCN trends suggest that this species decreasing.
