YELLOW-THROATED WARBLER

The Yellow-throated Warbler is a very rare, but locally uncommon breeder, in the CW Region, common to the south. Breeding habitat includes mixed open woods, often with pines and sycamore trees and often near water. BCN Census trends represent an expansion in the range of this species into our area and are not representative of the population at large. One or two populations in the CW Region have become fairly well established. Photo: © Eric Secker
