SWAMP SPARROW

The Swamp Sparrow is an uncommon breeder in the CW Region. Breeding habitat includes marshland edges with tall vegetation and other grassy areas near water. Trends are insignificant but suggest at least slight declines. This species is not adequately monitored by the BCN Survey. Photo: © Eric Secker
