TUFTED TITMOUSE

The Tufted Titmouse is a rare breeder in the CW Region, common to the south. These cavity nesters typically breed in very mature oak woodlands, often near ravines or sheltered areas. Accurate trends cannot be estimated, but this species is believed to be stable or slightly increasing. Photo: © Gregg Williams
