Mourning Dove

The Mourning Dove is an abundant statewide breeder. Breeding habitat is varied, but includes trees and shrubs in grasslands, agricultural areas, and abandoned fields. BCN Survey trends indicate that this species is stable in the region. Photo: © Eric Secker
