Turkey Vulture

The Turkey Vulture is a rare, but locally uncommon, breeder in the CW Region. Breeding habitat includes bottomland forests and mature woodlands, often near grasslands or other open areas. This species is rarely encountered on the BCN Survey. Photo: © Eric Secker
