The Yellow-breasted Chat is an uncommon breeder in the Chicago Wilderness Region, common to the south. Breeding habitat includes open to moderately dense shrublands, hedgerows, and forest edges, with large, dense clumps of mixed shrubs. Photo: © Heather Secker.
