Yellow-throated Warbler

The Yellow-throated Warbler is a very rare, but locally uncommon breeder, in the Chicago Wilderness Region, common to the south. Breeding habitat includes mixed open woods, often with pines and sycamore trees and often near water. One or two populations in the CW Region have become fairly well established, but this species is still rarely encountered at BCN Survey points. Photo: © Eric Secker
