BROAD-WINGED HAWK
The Broad-winged Hawk is a rare breeder in the CW Region. This species usually nests in large forests with dense understory. Accurate trends cannot be calculated due to the very small sample size. Long term trends from the 2004 analysis seem to indicate that this species has declined noticeably during the past fifteen years. Photo: © Eric Secker |
