YELLOW-THROATED VIREO
The Yellow-throated Vireo is an uncommon breeder in the CW Region, fairly common to the south. Breeding habitat includes riparian and open, moist woodlands. This species is not frequently encountered on the BCN Survey, and some singing birds may be confused with Red-eyed Vireos by unexperienced monitors. Accurate trends cannot be made, but allude to a decrease. Photo: © Heather Secker |
